Openfood is a series of workshops at Openlab taking on challenges to the city in relation to food. The aim is to come up with new ideas and solutions in the Openlab main challenge areas: sustainable urban development, the ageing population, and health and medical services. We do this by organizing workshops where Openlab partners and a number of private and public organizations and experts come together for hands-on, concrete activities involving cooking, tasting, smelling and experimenting.
The activities at Openfood are organized in cooperation with Henrik Norström (Open Café/Lux Restauranger) and food writer Per Styregård.
The workshops are open to the public and invitations are posted on Openlab.se.
